Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa
HOTEL OVERVIEW
Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa is where barefoot luxury meets world-class elegance on one of Mauritius’ most breathtaking peninsulas. Set on the dazzling Le Morne shoreline, this iconic resort is a favourite among discerning travellers – and for good reason! Think seven kilometres of pristine beach, an award-winning 18-hole golf course, suites and ultra-luxurious villas nestled along a private strip of sand for the ultimate "home-away-from-home" seaside escape.
The vibe? Authentic island charm meets refined sophistication. Picture thatched-roof elegance just steps from the ocean, four standout restaurants (two newly revamped in 2023 with stylish décor and exciting new menus, and the food, oh the food! Delicious, we loved every morsel at Zest Restaurant, one of our personal favourites), and access to four more dining gems next door at sister resort Dinarobin Beachcomber.
Whether you're staying in a Junior Suite or indulging in a completely redesigned Beachfront Senior Suite, expect soothing palettes, luxurious textures, and space to breathe – literally. Many accommodation categories were refreshed in 2023, bringing a new glow to the rooms, suites, and villas.
For an extra splash of luxury, the Paradis Villas (plus the showstopping Presidential Villa) offer private living with sea views, full kitchens, and optional in-villa dining with your own chef. A personal golf cart, easy access to the Golf Clubhouse, and top-tier watersports from the boathouse round off this unforgettable Mauritian experience.

What To Pack
As a guide, the maximum weight for checked luggage is 20kg in economy class and 30kg in business class. Your hand-luggage should not weigh more than 6kg and needs to be small and compact.
Take along your best beach and casual wear, perfect for the day. A light rain jacket might come in handy in the event of the occasional rain shower. Sunglasses and suntan lotion are a must. Flip flops, sun hat and a beach bag. If you’re planning on adventuring around the island (there’s so much more to see and do outside of your hotel!) be sure to pack a pair of comfy walking shoes, and lots of suncream!
-
Take Your Own
Don’t forget any medication that you might need, and be sure to pack it in your hand luggage.
Chargers for all your devices (it’s a good idea to take along a few movies on a tablet or something similar as the English TV channels in your hotel may be limited).
Take along your own goggles & snorkels – even though your resort will have this equipment available free of charge or to hire, you’ll probably be happier having your own.
Mosquito repellent. An underwater camera is a great idea.

Travel Tips
Pack a change of clothing in your hand luggage in case of baggage delays (and a spare cozzie so at least you can have a swim when you get to your resort). No sharp objects are permitted in your hand luggage (yes, tweezers are sharp!). Put electronics, medication, toothbrushes and jewellery in your carry-on bag.
Travel insurance is a must. If you can’t afford it, you can’t afford to travel! Travelling with kids – please check that you have all the relevant documents including unabridged Birth Certificates.
It’s often a good idea to let your bank or credit card company know that you’re going overseas.
