Your adventure starts at the crack of daw, 07:00 AM at your accommodation in Victoria Falls Town. From there you’ll be transported to the Zambezi National Park, which includes a short game drive (which you may even be lucky enough to spot game on!)
A continental breakfast is served while the qualified guide runs through all the safety precautions such as the weather conditions, rapids, instruction and general information.
After chowing down on a hearty meal, your 18 kilometre canoeing journey begins. A downstream ride through two rapids, graded one and two. After the adrenaline rush, you’ll be taken to the mainland or a close by island for a delicious lunched picnic while you chatter with your companions before heading back to Victoria Falls around 02:00 PM.
It’s important to note that children under 7 years unfortunately cannot participate in this activity. If your child is over the age of 7 but the guides feel as though it’s not safe, they may not ride the canoes.
