Luxury for Less

This luxury Zambian safari covers two of the premier parks in Zambia – The South Luangwa and Lower Zambezi plus Livingstone, home to the spectacular Victoria Falls. A selection of good value properties has been used, so one can explore the very best Zambian experiences at a fair budget level.

The Luangwa Valley, which marks the end of the Great Rift Valley, is one of the last unspoiled wilderness areas and possibly the finest wildlife sanctuary in Africa. This park, scenically bordered by an impressive escarpment, has excellent game, which can be viewed from either the river or by land.

Livingstone is home to one of 7 natural wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls, and offers many opportunities, both adrenaline filled and more sedate, to view this amazing site. There are game viewing opportunities too, with a chance to see the white rhino in Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park and river trips on the Zambezi River.

The camp is unique with its décor of locally crafted and handmade details. The main area is elevated between 1-3 metres on wooden decks affording great views to the park and river. The swimming pool is sunk into the deck, linked by a waterfall.

The next couple of days will be spend as you wish – an option is there to take a walking activity or game drive; or even both. For those with a knack for shopping can take a trip to Tribal Textiles for locally printed fabrics which are sewn into various items – perfect for souvenirs or gifts for friends and family. Perhaps a trip to Kawaza Village to experience an authentic Zambian village, interact with the locals and even sample a local meal.
