Accommodation is made up of 9 different luxurious tents and a single thatched family bungalow. There are 5 Hornbill Tents placed on wooden which are slightly elevated from the ground, built to keep out all creatures, big and small. These Hornbill Tents feature superb views over the Ngamo Plain. The other tents are the 4 Spurwing Suites, these along with the family bungalow are at ground level and overlook the lodge’s very own waterhole.
The rooms are basic but extremely comfortable with soft beds, clean linen as hot running water in the en-suite bathroom. Electricity is available via a diesel/solar generator.
The main lodge is placed in the perfect position overlooking the Bomani Pan so you can watch the game amble by as you chow down on delicious and authentic Zimbabwean cuisine from the lodge’s own restaurant or sip on sun downers at bar and lounge area.
There’s also free Wi-Fi access at the the main lodge so that you can stay in touch with those back home. However, it’s a little slow so please be patient!
