Road transfer from Victoria Falls Airport to Ngoma Safari Lodge, Chobe, Botswana. Located in the Chobe Forest Reserve just three kilometres from the Chobe National Park. Each of the Lodge’s 8 Suites have views over the Chobe River, whilst the central area includes a well-appointed sitting room, dining room and bar area as well as a plunge pool. Ngoma’s thatched buildings are all made from natural materials and blend seamlessly with their surroundings. Ethnic fabrics, building material and artefacts provide a local touch.

Day 5 and 6

A Driving You Wild transfer from Victoria Falls to Ivory Lodge, Hwange. Spend 2 nights in wildest Africa in Ivory Lodge’s ‘Robinson Crusoe’ style treehouses. From here you can watch great herds at the flood lit waterhole from the comfort of your room, or in the hide for closer encounters. Morning and evening game drives allow you to capture excellent photos of the famous Presidential Elephant Herd as well as lion, zebra, leopard, cheetah, huge buffalo herds and other plains game and bird species.

The Victoria Falls This safari lodge comprises of seven elevated thatched tree house style rooms, as well as two grand tented presidential suites, all commanding great views of a private and extremely active waterhole. Guests have the opportunity to view some of Hwange’s most prolific wildlife species from the comfort of their room or the main dining area. The most commonly viewed species from camp range from big cat carnivores to plains game to herds of buffalo and elephant, sometimes up to 500 strong.

At Ivory Lodge, the rooms are fitted with mosquito nets and each unit is fairly open, offering an intimate bush experience. Ivory Lodge takes children of all ages.
Activities include; game drives, visits to the Painted Dog conservancy, village tours, walking safaris (on request) and game counts (also on request).

Road transfer from Ivory Lodge in Hwange to Camp Amalinda, situated on the outskirts of the Matobo Hills, offering all-inclusive accommodation in an intimate and unique property. The Matobo Hills are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and your days will be spent exploring in the footsteps of Cecil John Rhodes and Mzilikazi, two famous men of the 19th Century. It is here that the San Bushmen left their inscriptions on the rocks and caves over 2000 years ago and the stunning Amalinda is disguised in amongst some of these fascinating granite hills. Rhino tracking and cultural trips are also available. There is also a safari spa with a range of treatments as an optional extra.
